Location Groups allow Users to create groups of Locations which can then in turn be published to Accounts and Roles. This can make publishing new Locations to Reach Accounts a lot easier. Using Location Groups removes the need to use the Bookable Locations option in Reach User Accounts.

The link will open the Location Groups grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Location Group click New , to edit and existing Location Group click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Location Group.

Name | The name of the Location Group. |
Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Location Group header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.

Locations must be assigned to the group to ensure Users can only see the required Locations.

To assign Locations click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.

Roles can be assigned to the group (as well as, or instead of Accounts) to ensure Users can only see the required Locations.
