Location Groups - Reach Module

Location Groups allow Users to create groups of Locations which can then in turn be published to Accounts and Roles. This can make publishing new Locations to Reach Accounts a lot easier. Using Location Groups removes the need to use the Bookable Locations option in Reach User Accounts.

Facilities > Property and Estates > Location Groups

The link will open the Location Groups grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Location Group click New , to edit and existing Location Group click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Location Group.

Field Name Description
Name The name of the Location Group.

Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Location Group header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.
